The Airstream® Class I Biological Safety Cabinet offers user and environment protection when doing experiments with organisms that are assigned under Biosafety Levels 1, 2 and 3. This Class I biological safety cabinet is equipped with protective features such as the ISOCIDETM powder coat that inhibits microbial growth, and optional UV lamp for decontamination. It is also equipped with a UV Door which provides safety against UV light. The door is integrated with VHP injection port for connection to VHP/ HPV generator for easy decontamination. The cabinet is powered by an energy-efficient DC ECM Motor offering 70% energy savings. Labculture® Class II Type B2 (Total Exhaust) Biosafety Cabinet (E-Series)
Operator, Product, and Environmental protection against Microbiological Agents and Chemical Fumes
Incorporating all the latest design features available on Esco's NSF-listed Labculture® Class II Type A2 biosafety cabinet, Esco Labculture® Class II Type B2 biosafety cabinets are designed to provide operator, product, and environmental protection in experiments where recirculation of filtered air is prohibited, most likely due to the presence of chemical fumes emitted during the process.
Chemical fumes cannot be captured by the filters and will be harmful to the operator if re-circulated in the laboratory space. Hence, Class II Type B2 cabinets have to be ducted to an external blower for total exhaust. Similar in design to the Class II Type A2 cabinet, Type B2 cabinet is suitable for experiment involving work assigned into any biosafety containment level.

Optimized Solution for Sterile/Aseptic Applications
The Isoclean® Healthcare Platform Isolator (HPI-G3) facilitates the isolation of a product or process while providing the required sterile/aseptic environment. It is configured to operate at positive or negative pressure in single or recirculating airflow. This equipment provides a comprehensive range of personnel and product protection in addition to the surrounding work areas and the environment.
The positive pressure HPI-G3 model is suitable for work involving non-hazardous materials, while the negative pressure isolator is suitable for work involving hazardous materials e.g. cytotoxic compounding applications.
The work zone and pass chamber interchange are either under positive or negative pressure to the room to maintain sterility or operator protection, respectively, in case of a breach in the barrier isolation system.
